Augusta Fraser, Founder & CEO

Augusta serves as Founder, CEO, and Project Director. As PADI’s Project Director Augusta coordinates all day to day operations and oversees the planning, implementation of activities, and supports ongoing business development efforts. Miss Fraser possesses years of experience working in nonprofit management and global policy. Her goal is to see Africa independent and evolving economically, socially and culturally. As a Sierra Leonean - American who has studied and seen the infrastructural adversaries faced by the diaspora, Augusta started P.AD.I. so that the people we serve can see that someone that looks like them and comes from the same place as them is utilizing their platform to bring advancement and opportunities home and that they can do the same thing. P.A.D.I. is for people, by the people.

She has been responsible for managing and contributing to various grassroots projects for USAID and The United Nations Foundation .

Musa Kondeh, Program Coordinator

Musa Kondeh is a youth activist and environmentalist with a strong background in project management, grant writing, and community development. He is currently pursuing his B.Sc.in public health at the University of Makeni. He has a passion for education and has demonstrated leadership and competence in developing initiatives aimed at improving health, environmental protection, and sustainable development over his five years of professional experience. Musa has worked with local and international organizations such as Restless Development,the British Council, Helen Keller International, and other community-based initiatives, where he has successfully coordinated and led projects in diverse settings, including remote and disaster-affected areas, addressing the unique challenges of underserved communities and vulnerable populations across Sierra Leone. He was named a winner of the 2021 Youth Innovation Challenge by the Global Environmental Education Partnership (GEEP) and an EE 30 under 30 class of 2022 awardee by the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE). These awards recognize his innovative climate change solutions and leadership in environmental education for sustainable ecosystems. Musa is also an MCW Global Young Leaders Fellow and an ambassador for the African Matters Initiative, where he has worked with over 500 young people to improve education and youth empowerment through community engagement projects like the "Youth Up Network" and the "Learning and Mentorship Resource Center."

Rosaline Langley, MD

Dr. Langley is a Chief Medical Officer. She has served the Ward 7 and 8 Community for over 20 years during her time at Gerald Family Care-Minnesota Ave, DC Chartered Health Plan, and Providence Hospital. She has also served as a Medical Doctor at the U.S. Veterans Affairs Administration, and U.S. Indian Health Service. At Fountains for Life, Dr. Langley provides health education, and recommendations on health improvements based on her engagement with community members.
